If you are looking for a fisherman's paradise in Ontario, an untouched land lush with fir trees and sparkling clear waters, where wildlife roams, where no roads not even logging trails enter, where lakes and rivers teem with walleye, northern pike and brook trout, where the land is referred to as the last frontier, then look no further than Hearst Air Service.

For more than twenty-five years Darryl Cronzy has been utilizing the world class outfitting services of Georges Veilleux and his company Hearst Air Service Ltd. Operating out of a home base at Carey Lake approximately 16 miles west of Hearst, Ontario, Veilleux has spent more than a quarter of a century transporting sportsmen into the Canadian bush and providing them with the sport fishing experience of a lifetime.

Veilleux is a master at choosing select northern lakes that contain phenomenal numbers of game fish and then constructing comfortable log chalets in the bush country that bring repeat customers back year after year. These log structures are most often the only cabin on any of his lakes. When you query Veilleux about his destinations he'll most often brag about the potential of lakes with the names Hillmer, McLeister, Sunshine, Wanzatika, Martison, Pledger, Napken and Quantz. And he has good reason to brag at that. Over the years we visited each and every one of his outposts and have never been disappointed.

Here the fish are plentiful, but there's more to spending time in the bush than just catching fish cast after cast. We've never been disappointed with our accommodations. Anglers bring their gear, including rods, reels, tackle, sleeping bags and a good supply of grub and Veilleux takes care of the fish, solitude, clear starry skys and the experience of Northern Ontario at its best.

Veilleux has also teamed up with renown native outfitter Harry Baxter and his Attawapiskat and Albany River Adventures. For those interested in flying even farther into the bush to experience a more rustic angling experience Veilleux transports anglers more than 200 miles north of Hearst for the opportunity to fish the fabled Attawpiskat and Albany Rivers. Here most fish have never observed a plastic grub or felt the sting of a steel barb. Native guides and square sterned canoes will navigate these might waters and put you on top of enough hungry pike, walleye and trout that your arms are aching each night when your head hits the pillow.

Georges Veilleux's Hearst Air Service..for the fishing opportunity of a lifetime.don't miss it.
